主要工作职责 / Job Responsibility：

1. 收集技术存在的问题并持续改进。 Collect equipment problems and improve it continuously. 组织设备的升级及改造工作。 Organize equipment upgrade and modify.;
2. 分析开口项问题 Analyze the opening issue 制定措施 Develop measures 确认措施执行效果。 Confirm the effect of the implementation of measures.;制定培训计划并进行培训，提升蓝领员工技能提升。 制作并持续完善培训文档及单点课程。 Create and keep optimizing training document and SPL.;
3. 统筹各车间制作备件清单，区分备件风险等级，制定备件补货点补货量。 Coordinate all shops, Sort out equipment spare parts list, distinguish spare parts risk level, and develop spare parts replenishment point replenishment. 跟踪重点备件到货状态. Track the arrival of key spare parts. 分析备件领用状态. Analyze the status of spare parts;
4. 组织技术会议，加强各车间维修技术交流。 Organize technical meetings to improve technical information sharing between shops. 组织与供应商的技术会议，加强与供应商的沟通合作。 Organize meetings with suppliers to improve the communication and cooperation. 组织与戴姆勒其它工厂的技术交流。 Organize information sharing with other plants of Daimler.;
5. 协助车间完成现场故障排查，提供技术支持。 Assist shop trouble shooting, provide technical support. 制定及优化维修策略及流程。 Create and optimize maintenance strategy.;统筹各车间制定设备PM检修计划。 Coordinate all shops, develop PM plan. 制作PM说明文档。 Create PM task manuals. 跟踪及优化PM效果。 Track and optimize the effect of PM.;

教育水平 / Education

1. 专业 / Major：机电一体化，机械工程，自动化Electrical and mechanical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation
2. 经验 / Experience：相关专业或两年以上设备维护工作经验 Related background or 2 years equipment maintenance work experience
3. 知识 / Know-how：机械设计，电气设计，自动化。Good knowledge of mechanical design. Good knowledge of electric design, Good knowledge of automation
4. 技能职称 / Skill and Technical Title：熟悉计算机操作（各种office软件），英语流利Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent English
5. 培训经历 / Training：西门子PLC, KUKA机器人 Siemens PLC, KUKA Robots
